At any time for any reason you wish to close your account we will cheerfully refund all prepaid fees in the form which they were rendered. This guarantee covers all accounts except for dedicated server accounts. Dedicated server clients should consult their contract agreement for particulars.

99% Uptime Guarantee
During the three billing periods if your server is offline for more than two hours we will credit your account for one period of hosting based on your average hosting fee for those three billing periods. This guarantee covers all accounts except for dedicated server accounts. Dedicated server clients should consult their contract agreement for particulars.
Offline is defined as having the following services not assessable to the backbone of the Internet.
HTTP Server
FTP Server
SMTP Server
POP Server
DNS Server
The following items do not constitute your server being offline.
Scheduled maintenance
Software and hardware upgrades
Client requested set up and configuration
Loss of accessibility resulting from third party Internet access providers
Circumstances beyond our control (i.e. acts of Mother Nature)
